Mast climbers are power access solutions consisting of an elevating work platform fixed to either single or twin vertical masts. The work platform travels up and down the mast using an automated power unit. Mast climbers provide fast, efficient and affordable temporary access to a wide range of construction and maintenance work. Unlike conventional scaffolding,

the entire platform moves with the workers, so the operator can spend more time on productive tasks.

  1. The length and width of our mast climbing work platform are adjustable to adapt to different facade shapes of buildings. In addition, some parts of the work platform are scalable. This allows the platform to be combined into a concave-convex shape suitable for the shape of the outer wall of the building, so as to better meet the work requirements.

  1. The working platform uses the upper/lower limit switch with automatic reset and the limit switch without automatic reset function to provide double protection to avoid moving up and down.
  2. The overload sensor helps eliminate the over-torque operation of the mast climbing work platform.
  3. The double gantry climbing work platform has an automatic leveling mechanism, which can automatically adjust the synchronous lifting operation of the two driving devices of the double gantry, and can effectively control the tilt of the work platform. The vertical tilt angle is controlled within 2 degrees.
