Platform

The suspension platform is a suspension device that is surrounded by guardrails and is used to carry workers, tools and materials for high-altitude operations.

Xplatform platform widely used in building facade cleaning and maintenance, is broadly used in constructions and industries. It consists of high and low balustrades, bottom plate and mounting frame for hoist. The mounting frames are fixed on the both ends of the platform and the hoists & safety locks should be fixed on the frame.

Control Box

Xplatform control box is a part of control system of Temporary Light Equipment Mechanism. Allows perfect command of hoist, with emergency stop button, emergency alarm and has central control and self-leveling device. And is used for the control of the up and down movement of the suspended platform

XPL Hoist

The hoists for suspended platform is the power mechanism for lifting and lowering the working platform. It is the core part of the basket, which acts as a deceleration and traction, and has various functions such as balanced traction, lifting and lifting. The hoists for suspended platform is mounted on the side rails of both ends of the table with a hoist.

The hoist for Xplatform consists of electromagnetic brake motor, centrifugal speed limiter and dual speed reduction system and “α” cable-guiding system, The hoist is driven by the electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor through the worm gear and a pair of reduced gears. The suspended platform will be moved upward and downward with the movement of the hoist.

Safety Lock

Safety lock for suspended platform is a self-contained mechanical device that automatically locks the safety wire rope when the working wire rope breaks or the platform is tilted to the limit. Our safety locks are suitable for hanging platforms. If the suspension platform is tilted or the working cable is broken, the normal platform parts safety lock automatically locks the safety cable at the set cable locking angle. It is the most important safety device of suspended platform.

Our Safety lock has excellent design and superior quality. The safety lock will automatically lock the wire rope in the condition of the breaking of the suspension rope or the tilting of platforms. Xplatform safety lock uses special stainless steel and powder coating, with strong impact resistance, higher toughness and wear resistant, long services life, safe and reliable.

The safety lock will work at following situations:

When the working wire rope breaks or the working platform is inclined by 3°～8°, the safety lock can automatically lock the wire rope.
When the working wire rope breaks or other reasons cause the working platform to fall rapidly, the safety lock can automatically lock the safety wire rope within 100mm;
when the suspended platform hoist or motor fails, the safety wire rope can be manually locked

Steel Wire Rope

Xplatform steel rope used in hoists for the equipment is special galvanized steel rope, The end of the steel wire rope fixed on the suspension mechanism is fixed with thimble secured by pressing a high grade aluminum alloy ferrule under a high pressure in dies and tested having a proof load of 50 kN in the tensile test machine with 1000 kN capacity. The steel wire rope for suspended platform is the main component to withstand the load of the basket, so there are strict requirements for the wire rope used. The steel lifting cradle for suspended platform adopts the steel wire rope for the galvanized hanging basket, which has the characteristics of high strength and good rust prevention performance.

Rubber insulated cable cords and soft cables with the rated voltage of 450/750V and below .The cable is suitable for the connections among household appliances, electric tools and various portable electrical equipment with the rated AC voltage 450/750V and below.

1. Parapet Clamp:

It is a rigging device for suspended platforms when the space on the roof is very limited to use. Due to the movement load imposed on the parapet wall, clamps must be used on reinforced concrete structures. It’s safe and reliable, doesn’t touch the building roof parapet, easy to relocate to another location, small in size.

2. Hanging Device with Counter Weight System

The suspension mechanism is the heavy-duty steel frame structure fixed on the top of the building as the supporting equipment. It is mobile, adaptable and easy to erect and dismantle requirements or any other Special Applications required for any site.
